A: We do the trending jewelry in surgical stainless steel, high-tech ceramic and tungsten carbide. As well as high-quality finishing bag hardware.
Q: What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)? Can I order a small quantity?
A: In general, our MOQ is 500-1000PCS per style. Small quantity is acceptable for the first order because we understand customer needs to check the quality and services or testing the market for the new collection.
Q: Can you sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA)?
A: Yes, we are open to signing NDA and will keep the customer's designs in confidential.
Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: 1) The size of the product. (CAD file or 3D drawing will be good or picture with briefing information.)
2) The material and surface requirement.
3) Special requirement.
4) Order quantity.
5) If it is possible, please also provide similar pictures or specific design for checking. The sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After the price is confirmed, you can require samples to check the product quality. For sample making, sample cost and mold fee(If needed) will be charged.
Q: What's the lead time for sampling and mass production?
A: 1) Sampling: Regularly 25-35 working days for sample making depends on the complexity of the design.
Mass production: Depending on the complexity of the design, regularly 55-60 working days for the first order, the repeat order will be shorter to 40-50 working days.
Q: How to order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by Email, we will offer you a Proforma Invoice for confirmation. After we receive the deposit of the order, we will start mass production.
Q: How do you do quality control(QC) in production? Do you do 100% inspection for the finished product?
A: We will do the QC after every single process even the raw material. We will do 100% inspection for both single process and finished product.
Q: Do you accept special packaging requirements?
A: Yes, special packaging is acceptable in mass production.
Q: Can I add the logo on existing items? What are the methods you do?
A: Yes, we can make your own logo on the product. Generally we will do the logo by lasering or etching.
Q: How do you ship the orders?
A: Send by customer's express account or our own forwarder. The shipment will be taken by air freight worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
