A: We provide customers the professional OEM & ODM services with our own manufacturing plants, make designs into reality by providing technical solutions to achieve it.
Q: What types of products do you mainly offer?
A: We specialize in producing hardware for leather goods, handbags, clothing, and footwear. Our product range includes chains (as we have in-house machines for custom chain production), stainless steel bag frames, bag locks, belt buckles, hooks, and more.
Q: What's your minimum order quantity(MOQ)? Can I order a small quantity?
A: In general, our MOQ is 500-1000PCS per style. Small quantity is acceptable for the first order because we understand customer needs to check the quality and services or testing the market for the new collection.
Q: Can you sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA)?
A: Yes, we are open to signing NDA and will keep the customer's designs in confidential.
Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: 1) The size of the product. (CAD file or 3D drawing will be good or picture with briefing information.)
2) The material and surface requirement.
3) Special requirement.
4) Order quantity.
5) If it is possible, please also provide similar pictures or specific design for checking. The sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q: What's the lead time for sampling and mass production?
A: If samples are made directly using CNC, our standard lead time is typically 1 to 2 weeks. For mass production, the usual timeframe is 4 to 6 weeks, but this may vary depending on the specifics of the order.
Q: How do you do quality control(QC) in production? Do you do 100% inspection for the finished product?
A: We will do the QC after every single process even the raw material. We will do 100% inspection for both single process and finished product.
Q: Do you accept special packaging requirements?
A: Yes, special packaging is acceptable in mass production.
Q: Can I add the logo on existing items? What are the methods you do?
A: Yes, we can make your own logo on the product. Generally we will do the logo by lasering or etching.
Q: How do you ship the orders?
A: Send by customer's express account or our own forwarder. The shipment will be taken by air freight worldwide via FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
